Keynote to highlight company’s vision for smart connected life

Owned and produced by the Consumer Technology Association and co-produced by Intex Shanghai, the second annual CES Asia will run May 11-13, in Shanghai, China - register today.
Zhang and Wang’s keynote address is scheduled for 4:15 PM, Thursday, May 12 at the Kerry Hotel, Shanghai Ballrooms 2-3. They will discuss how JD.com’s open smart platform is making consumers’ lives easier and more efficient. By leveraging its ecosystem, JD Smart is enabling products from different brands to connect seamlessly, improving value and user experience. At the event, the executives will also present new products and breakthroughs in the JD Smart ecosystem.

As CTO of JD.com, Chen Zhang is in charge of driving R&D growth in big data and cloud computing. He also provides technical support for the daily operation of JD Mall.
As president of JD Smart, Eric Wang is committed to exploring cutting-edge technologies, building game-changing products and creating an IoT ecosystem. He is in charge of the overall management of JD Smart and related business areas.
JD.com will also serve as an official industry partner for CES Asia and have exhibit space on the show floor (SNIEC, Hall N1, Booth #1326). Their exhibit will present the achievements of JD Smart, JD Finance and JD Logistics Lab, showcasing JD Smart’s open smart ecosystem of interconnection technologies and applications, as well as the JD Smart start-up program. Returning to Shanghai for its second year, CES Asia 2016 is expanding from two exhibit halls in 2015 to four with a show floor that will span 32,000 gross square meters (16,000 net square meters).
